Cancellation policy
Has something come up and your appointment can't go ahead? What a shame! Because it's difficult for us to fill the freed-up time within 24 hours, we're obliged to charge 50% of the fee, unless we can book another client into your time slot. Cancellations can only be made by phone or email. Don't show up at all? Then we unfortunately have to charge the full amount. Thank you for your understanding!
