Returns and refunds
We strive for satisfied customers and therefore offer a clear returns and refunds policy. Read below for all the details on how to return items or request a refund.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This applies only to unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.
How does returning work?
- Within 14 days, send an email to webshop@chrisbeautybar.nl with your order number and the product you wish to return.
- You will receive a confirmation and further instructions from us.
- Send the product back to our address. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Exceptions to returns
Please note that some products cannot be returned:
- Personalised products: items made especially for you.
- Opened care products: for hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation.
- Processing time: within 14 days of the return being approved, you will receive the purchase amount back via the original payment method.
- Please note: any shipping costs are not refunded.
